It was amazing to be at the White House to talk about the Biden-Harris Inflation Reduction Act and its impact on Texans. Among the billons of dollars the Administration has invested in Texas, I’m especially grateful for the President’s work to cap out-of-pocket prescription drug costs and the cost of insulin.
Where I come from, the Rio Grande Valley, folks are the least likely to be insured in Texas which is the most uninsured state in the country. It makes me feel relieved for South Texans that the Biden-Harris Administration has provided so much help to my people.
